Theobroma operates two factories where cocoa beans are processed.

One facility in is in The Netherlands (Ede) where cocoa beans are converted into liquid cocoa liquor (mass), destined for supply to our customers in Europe. Blocked cocoa liquor in cartons of 25 kg are also able to be produced here, mainly for destinations outside of the EU.

Our facility in Nigeria converts cocoa beans into cocoa liquor, butter and cake. The cocoa liquor and butter are packed in to 25 kg cartons for export, however the cocoa cake is packed in to "jumbo  bags". All products are produced and marketed under the "Tulip Cocoa" brand. TCP Nigeria operates  according to international quality standards and is certified by SGS to ISO22000:2005 standards a necessary certification making Tulip Cocoa products suitable for international markets.

Our factory units are designed and structured as small grinding operations giving  the highest level of flexibility
in order to be able to react promptly to changes in markets or customer demands.
